πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡± Stamperija is selling 3 sets of stamps issued during 2016 which are said to have been produced as "a project in co-operation with National Geographic". The countries whose names appear on these items are Niger, Togo and Sierra Leone. The set from Sierra Leone features various species of apes most of which are not found in that country though the photographs used in the designs are very attractive portraits of the creatures. The set is made up of 4 stamps and 1 miniature sheet and the stamps identify the photographs as being by "National Geographic Creative Joel Santori". Rating:- 0.

  1. The National Geographic set is interesting as PCI have released similar sets of Samoa (see http://shop.pcistamps.com/Mint_c2683.htm)

So makes me wonder who has printed and released these stamps on their behalf.

    1. Hello, the National Geographic set seems different from the PCI-issued items - they are in different format and the use of the photographs actually seems better in these Stamperija-sold issues than the PCI series. I don't think Stamperija has produced these items but it is selling them as a "special" but I haven't seen any original source for the 3 sets yet.
