There's much to spend one's money on at this time of the year and so fortunately the latest paraphilatelic products to have been issued by the US-based philatelic agency, IGPC, hold no temptations for me. The products have the names of a number of Commonwealth countries printed on them although the subject matter - especially the Lunar new year items - appears to have little to do with those territories and many of the items are unattractive - even ugly - and expensive.
