Stated ‘date of issue’ - 4 May 2026 - Numerous products including previously issued ‘stamps’ reissued with surcharges applied both perforated and imperforate, miniature sheets perforated and imperforate, ‘proofs’, ‘first day covers’ and postcards. Once more I ask myself, does anyone actually buy this stuff? All are rated ‘0’

Surcharges on previous issues -

Truffle hunting dogs - 1 miniature sheet containing 9 stamps , (2 of 4 of the stamps plus a single of the 5th stamp.

Owls - 1 miniature sheet containing 9 stamps (2 x 4 plus one single stamp).

50th anniversary of ECOWAS - 1 stamp. It now appears that a version of this stamp has been released in sheet format containing stamps from Togo only rather than the multicountry-national sheet containing the stamps of 12 different philatelic entities.
