Stated ‘date of issue’ - 4 May 2026 - Numerous products including previously issued ‘stamps’ reissued with surcharges applied both perforated and imperforate, miniature sheets perforated and imperforate, ‘proofs’, ‘first day covers’ and postcards. Once more I ask myself, does anyone actually buy this stuff? All are rated ‘0’

50th anniversary of ECOWAS - 1 stamp. It now appears that a version of this stamp has been released in sheet format containing stamps from Togo only rather than the multicountry-national sheet containing the stamps of 12 different philatelic entities.
