๐ฌ๐ฎ In Blog 1722 I mentioned that Royal Gibraltar Post Office was planning to issue a set of 5 stamps and 1 miniature sheet on 25 September 2020 on the subject of Owls of Gibraltar. I now provide illustrations of all 5 stamps and the miniature sheet. The designs are by Stephen Perera as always though the real work was done by Jonathan Pointer who produced the wonderful portraits of the birds. The issue was lithographed by Cartor. Unfortunately there does not appear to be any particular reason for this stamp issue and especially for the inclusion of a £4 value (also included in the miniature sheet) and so, despite the wonderful art, Rating is just **.
๐ฒ๐พ Pos Malaysia will issue a set of 5 stamps on 10 September 2020 on the subject of Putrajaya Iconic Buildings to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of Putrajaya. Putrajaya became a Federal Territory on 1 February 2001. The attractive issue was designed by Encik Kamarul Ariffin Abdul Hanan of Pos Malaysia. Rating:- ***.
๐ฐ๐ณ IGPC released 2 miniature sheets on 20 May 2020 with the name of Nevis printed on them to commemorate the Quatercentenary of the arrival of the Pilgrim Fathers in Plymouth. One miniature sheet contains 6 different stamps and the other a single stamp. Rating:- 0.
