I don't know if the photos of the PNG stamps are of the actual stamps, but they appear to be printed by laser printer. Apparently PNG is printing a lot of stamps this way, often in limited quantities and often on demand of a company or government department.
ReplyDeleteThese are the actual stamps as featured on Bombay Stamps shop website. The format of these, especially with the associated miniature sheets makes me think these are a formal issue as announced up to a couple of years ago.
DeleteI think they are just bad scans of the actual stamps.
DeleteThe perforation of the miniature sheet looks rather cheaply done. Normally PNG uses a comb perforation.
