By the end of May therefore, 35 out of 88 (39.8%) of Commonwealth philatelic entities had not yet issued, or were not known to have issued, or were not known to have had issued on their behalf, any new legitimate postage stamps during 2023. This compares with 47.1% at the end of May 2022.

  1. Some of the countries on the list haven't issued stamps in years. I wonder if they ever come back to philatelic life again...
