I know this doesn't f9t with what you just posted, but I don't know how else to get you this info. Malawi is releasing an issue on Vultures of Malawi on 3 December. Set of five "miniatures" (tiny souvenir sheets of 1)at K2250, one souvenir sheet (probably 4 designs) at k4200.
