🇵🇰 A single stamp was issued by the postal service of Pakistan on 24 November 2018 to commemorate the late Jamsheed Marker, a former ambassador, who died on 21 June 2018. The stamp was designed by Naveed Awan and lithographed by National Security Printing Company in Karachi. Rating:- **.
🇰🇳 IGPC will issue 4 stamps and 1 miniature sheet with the name of Nevis printed on them on 5 December 2018 to commemorate Christmas. The uninteresting designs have been prepared by the designer with no effort put in to link them with a pretty Caribbean island as is Nevis. Rating:- 0.
🇦🇬 In Blog 1338 I mentioned 25 miniature sheets which I believed had been released by IGPC with the name of Antigua And Barbuda inscribed on them on the subject of Rare stamps of the world with an issue date of 1 November 2018. This issue is actually made up of, not miniature sheets, but 100 gold foil stamps each with a face value of $6 making the total face value of the set equivalent to £174.25p! I have no idea who would buy this stuff but I assume that it would be someone who thought they could make a profit from it. I suspect their hopes would eventually be dashed. Rating:- 0.
Are the Antiguan stamps the same as those issues in 1986 and found on eBay? Those appear to just be sold on covers.
