4 April 2023 - 150th anniversary of the Kennel Club - 6 stamps and 1 miniature sheet containing all 6 stamps. Further details awaited. Admittedly as a dog enthusiast I would be bound to like this issue but these are excellent, charming original art portraits of the various breeds. This is an issue that Royal Mail should be issuing given how many dog lovers there are in Britain (and this is an important anniversary) and that they are an important part of British culture but instead it is issuing products depicting American comics characters. Rating:- ******.
