I think the witches of Guernsey are very interesting and if it is really confirmed that the issue has 4 stamps, instead of 6 or 8 as in the usual series of Guernsey, I think they are already a few more stars for this postal administration. The cost of the series will be £3.76 compared to around £11 for last year's Europa CEPT series and is already a boon for philatelists who collect Europa CEPT.
