28 October 2025 - The King’s Birthday - 2 gummed stamps (illustrated and detailed in Blog 2801), 1 gummed miniature sheet and 1 ‘sheetlet’ containing 5 x $4.35 stamps sold for $21.75. Items not previously depicted are shown below -

3 November 2025 - Christmas. See Blog 2806 for illustrations and details of basic gummed stamps.

‘Secular’ designs - 

3 gummed stamps, 2 booklets/‘sheetlets’ containing self-adhesive stamps (5 x $3 sold for $15 and 10 x 65c sold for $6.50), 1 ‘embellished’ stamp pack containing 20 ‘embellished’ stamps (10 of each 65c value) sold for $14.95, 2 self-adhesive sheetlets of 10 x 65c sold for $6.50 each (each sheetlet features one of the two designs) and 1 gummed miniature sheet containing all 3 stamps. Those items not previously depicted are shown below - 

‘Religious’ designs - 2 gummed stamps, 1 gummed miniature sheet containing both stamps, and 2 self-adhesive stamps (the $3 from a sheetlet of 5 sold for $15 and the 65c from a booklet of 10 sold for $6.50). 

8 November 2025 - Brisbane Stamp and Coin Show 2025 - 1 miniature sheet containing 4 different stamps. Lithographed. Rating:- *.

3 November 2025 - ‘Loony Tunes’ Christmas Pack - 1 pack containing 2 panes each of 20 x 65c all different 65c stamps and sold for $15.

3 November 2025 - ‘Stitch’s Christmas Pack’ - pack containing 2 panes each containing 10 all different stamps sold for $15?

18 December 2025 - ‘Avatar Stamp Pack’ - pack containing 1 panes each of 9 x $1.90 different stamps sold for $19.

  Surprisingly there is no mention of any Christmas Island Christmas stamps in the latest Australia Post stamp bulletin. Perhaps that news is yet to come.

January 2024 - My Stamps - 60th anniversary of Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai - 1 stamp with an attached label issued in a sheetlet of 12 and sold at a premium.

🇱🇰 Sri Lanka Post -

25 December 2024 - National Meelad-un-nabi - 1 stamp. Lithographed. Rating:- ****.

🇦🇪 Emirates Post  - (postal service of the United Arab Emirates) -

25 January 2025 - Birth centenary of Sultan bin Ali al Owais, poet - 1 miniature sheet containing a single stamp. Rating:- ****.

 

🇴🇲 Oman Post -

?January 2025 - 280th of the coming to power of the present Al Busaid dynasty, rulers of Oman - 1 sheetlet containing 15 different stamps (portraits or symbolic designs recalling the names of individual sultans) and 1 miniature sheet. Lithographed. Rating:- *****.

2553. 🇵🇰 Pakistan Commemorates Relations With Egypt.

New issues -

🇵🇰 Pakistan Post -

21 August 2024 - 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Egypt, Joint issue - 1 stamp. Design “supplied by the customer” and lithographed by National Security Printing Company Karachi and perforated 13. Rating:- ****.

The Egyptian part of the joint issue was released on 14 August 2024 and took the form of a single stamp -

🇺🇸 Intergovernmental Philatelic Corporation (IGPC) -

This USA-based agency has now featured on its internet site the joint issues by 6 Commonwealth Caribbean states to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Eastern Caribbean Community Bank (ECCB). No illustrations are yet available but each postal service has released 2 miniature sheets, one sheet containing 2 different stamps and the other, presumably, a single stamp.

The stamps of all 6 territories are stated to have been issued on 19 July 2024.

🇬🇬 Guernsey Post (issues inscribed ‘Alderney’) - 

25 July 2024 - 50th anniversary of Bagpuss (children’s television programme character). See Blog 2511.

In addition to the set of 4 stamps and miniature sheet containing all 4 stamps there will also be a Prestige booklet sold for the extraordinarily large sum of £35.48p. Rating:- 0.

4 March 2023 - ‘National Water Mission - 1 stamp.

2 March 2023 - 75th anniversary of the Indian Bureau of Mines - 1 stamp.

11 May 2023 - 25th anniversary of Operation Shakil and National Technology Day - 1 stamp.

2023 - Tribes of India - 1 miniature sheet containing 6 different stamps. This is item is not freely available though some examples of it are being offered for sale on an internet auction site at a very high price. It is described by two sources as ‘withdrawn’ from sale soon after release or as ‘not issued’.

🇬🇧 Royal Mail -

22 June 2023 - 75th anniversary of the arrival of the Windrush (see Blog 2318) - 8 stamps. A depiction of the presentation pack containing 4 se-tenant pairs recently appeared on an internet auction site and a rough impression of the colourful upcoming issue can be gained from the depiction.

9 June 2023 - Post and Go machine-dispensed stamps, Quatercentenary of the publication of William Shakespeare’s First Portfolio - 2 stamps, Machin Head design and Union Flag design, both with new site locator, “Shakespeare BPT” and additional inscription “First Folio 400”.
