🇮🇳 India Post issued 2 stamps and 1 miniature sheet on the subject of 'Holiday destinations' on 15 August 2018. The sites depicted are the Stone Chariot of Virupaksha Templr in Hampi in Karnataka and The Udaipur Palace in Rajasthan. The issue was designed by Smt. Alfa Sharma based on winning photographs in a competition. Rating:- ****.
🇱🇰 In Blog 1274 I mentioned the 18 stamps which Sri Lanka Post was intending to release on 8 August 2018 on the subject of Sanni, masked dancers playing the role of exorcists of various human ailments. These stamps are also sold in 3 miniature sheets in which 6 different stamps are included in each sheet. These are colourful and interesting stamps which cheer up any collection. Rating:- *****.
