14 June 2023 - Birth centenary of Judith Kerr, German-born British artist with no links to Jersey as far as I can see - 8 stamps and 1 single stamp miniature sheet. Lithographed by bpost and designed by Judith Kerr. These are charming stamps but given Jersey’s excessive new issue programme & the artist’s apparent lack of links to Jersey, the rating is:- *.

28 June 2023 - 75th anniversary of the arrival in Britain of the HMT Empire Windrush bringing Caribbean migrants to Britain - 8 stamps in 4 se-tenant pairs (see Blog 2319). Designed by The Chase and Supple Studio and lithographed by Cartor and perforated 14.5 x 14. The designs feature work by Bobika, Emma Prempeh, Kareen Cox, Tomekah George and Alvin Kofi. Rating:- **.
Surprised to see that you only give this issue 2 stars. At least its a relevant issue for a change, although an opportunity lost maybe to utilise the image of people coming down the gangplank which seems to have come to symbolise our multi cultural society? That said the whole issue would need to be 'photographic'
