Hello. Two Estonian postcrossers participated in November to a rally from Europe to West Africa, that ended in Sierra Leone. Their adventures was summarised today on the Postcrossing blog.
ReplyDeleteThe current postal rate for the international postcard is 20 SLL (≈ €1.1). And they the postmaster of, it seems, the post office in Freetown.
Perhaps a way to evaluate the validity and usability of the Sierra Leone stamps appearing of the market.
