  The ‘Local Large’ rate features the moment the present Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, places the Imperial State Crown on the King’s head and this therefore adds another Archbishop of Canterbury to the list of those primates depicted on postage stamps (see Blog 333, ‘Turbulent Priests’.
