? 2022 - additional K10 surcharges - 2 stamps - K10 surcharges on previously issued stamps. The date of issue of these and other surcharges featured in recent blogs is questionable but the fact that a number are coming to light right now suggests to me that the K10 surcharges at least are likely to be new issues dating to 2022.
