For the present at least therefore, the list remains unchanged from those at the ends of both June and July with 33 of the 88 (37.5%) Commonwealth philatelic entities not yet having issued, or having had issued on their behalf, any legitimate postage stamps. This compares with a figure of 33.7% at the end of August 2022.
As well as the new expected Kiribati definitives, a Caribbean ‘minibus’ issue is also expected in September to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Eastern Caribbean Community Bank which may include new issues from the postal services of Anguilla, Dominica, St Kitts (plus Nevis), Montserrat and Saint Lucia.
