🇬🇧 The postal service of British Antarctic Territory has revealed its 2019 issues which are set to be released in November 2019. The stamps are all interesting and pleasingly designed with production co-ordination by Creative Direction.

- November - Icebergs - 4 stamps and 1 miniature sheet containing 4 different stamps. Designed by Bee Design and lithographed by Cartor and perforated 13.5. Rating:- ****.
- November - Port Lockroy, 75th anniversary of Operation Tabarin (secret wartime mission to conduct science and establish a British presence in Antarctica during the Second World War). Designed by Bee Designer and lithographed by Cartor and perforated 13.5. Rating:- ****.
- November - Centenary of the Scott Polar Research Institute of the University of Cambridge- 2 stamps. Designed by Bee Design and lithographed by Cartor and perforated 13.5 x 13. Rating:- ****.
🇼🇸 For the first time I illustrate in this Blog the 5 surcharges issued by the postal service of Samoa which were released in April 2018:-
🇹🇿 Tanzania Posts Corporation issued a set of 3 stamps and 1 miniature sheet containing 4 different stamps on 2 October 2019 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. The designs include portraits of Gandhi alongside Julius Nyerere, the first President of Tanzania. The issue was lithographed by Oriental Press of Bahrain. Rating:- ****.
