2025 - Somewhat depressingly, Guernsey Post is once more announcing that it will be pressing ahead with ‘cyber stamps’ which were originally intended to be released in 2024 but were delayed due to a legal problem. This appears to be the same Golden Guernsey goat product held over from last year and further information will be released on 16 July 2025. We await the details with bated breath.

Therefore, at the end of June, 47 (53.4%) of Commonwealth philatelic entities appear to not have issued or had issued on their behalf any legitimate postage stamps on 2025. This compares with 58.2% at the end of May 2025 and 51.1% at the end of June 2024.
