🇮🇳 India Post -

14 March 2023 - Joint issue with the Luxembourg postal service, 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Luxembourg and birth centenary of Amar Nath Seghal (modernist sculptor and painter) - 1 miniature sheet containing 2 different stamps. A similar miniature sheet was also issued on the same day by the postal service of Luxembourg. Rating:- ***.

🇭🇰 Hong Kong Post -

23 March 2023 - Hong Kong Museums Collection (Jiangguanlou, a private art collection put together by Dr Leo Wong Kwai-kuan and donated to the Hong Kong Museum of Art in 2021) - 6 stamps, 2 single-stamp miniature sheets and 1 ‘mini-pane’ containing 12 stamps (2 sets of six). Designed by Toby Ng and lithographed by Cartor ($10 miniature sheet and mini-pane lithographed with a screen of 800 lines per inch and $20 lithographed on taffeta paper with security fibres) and perforated 13.5 x 14.5.
