The date of issue of these and other surcharges featured in recent blogs is questionable but the fact that a number are coming to light right now suggests to me that the K10 surcharges at least are likely to be new issues dating to 2022. In any case even if you wanted to buy the licensed stamp packs as Australia Post calls them for completeness you need to buy them on the secondary market as Australia Post will only supply them to Australian addresses and will not sell them to customers outside Australia.
