    I think the Cyprus issue is two stamps with tabs that model the Vietnamese stamp but have no face value

    I was surprised by BIETNAM, but....
    I'm sure we are all used to the Greek alphabet which in lower case would be ฮ’ฮนฮตฯ„ฮฝฮฌฮผ. But I didn't know that in Upper Case it is ฮ’ฮ™ฮ•ฮคฮฮ‘ฮœ - as Google Translate shows.
