  1. Hongkong Post today (March 18) announced that the issue of special stamps on the theme of "Paintings and Calligraphy of Professor JAO Tsung-I", originally scheduled for March 23 (Thursday), will be postponed to September 5 (Tuesday), due to a printing error in some philatelic products. Hongkong Post has arranged for the reprinting of the affected philatelic products. Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau will inform customers who have ordered stamp products on this theme. The First Day Cover that has already been put up for sale is among the affected products and its sale has been suspended. Customers can return the First Day Covers in question to any post office from March 20 to September 5 for a full refund. Customers can also exchange the First Day Covers in question for the reprinted First Day Covers at any post office from August 22 to September 5.
