New issues -
I have reported previously in several Blogs on the confused picture of the new issues of Papua New Guinea in recent years. From about 2022 PNG Post released news of ambitious new issue programmes but more often than not the issues were delayed or did not appear at all. I have revisited the previously published 2023, 24 and 25programme lists to see what PNG Post was hoping to release to try to make sense of it all. Recently some of the issues dating back to what was intended to be released in 2023 have appeared on the market and below I identify the issues I either now have in my collection or which have been offered for sale by respectable new issue dealers. There may be others which have also now been released but which I have not yet become aware of.
