2 September 2026 - 25th anniversary of the release of The Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring, a movie based on the book by JRR Tolkien filmed in New Zealand locations. New Zealand Post has on a number of occasions released numerous stamps on the subject of this and other movies in the series - 1 sheetlet containing 9 different stamps. Designed by Sacha Lees and lithographed by Brebner Print and perforated 14.5 x 14. Cost equal to £14.12. There are also 9 miniature sheets each containing a different single stamp with a total price equal to £14.12 which are lithographed with the addition of gold foil. Rating:- *.
