6 February 2023 - Commemoration and the late Queen Elizabeth II - (see Blog 2212) - in addition to the four stamps illustrated previously there will also be a miniature sheet containing a single stamp. Rating:- ****.
1 December - Christmas, Post and Go stamps (see Blog 2218) - ‘Bailiwick cuisine’ and ‘Guernsey lighthouses’ stamps with additional inscriptions. Items dispensed from kiosks GG03 and GG05 now illustrated here.
Issue inscribed ‘Alderney Bailiwick of Guernsey’
15 February 2023 - 150th anniversary of the publication of Jules Verne’s novel ‘Around the World in Eighty Days’ - 6 stamps and 1 x £3 miniature sheet (which I suspect will contain a single stamp). The novelist visited Guernsey, Jersey and Sark but apparently not Alderney between 1871 and 1873. Rating:- **.
