So can I use these anytime of the year or only during the holidays?
ReplyDeleteAnytime. The issue is bright and colourful with the intention of brightening up mail around Christmas time but are secular in nature as has become the fashion. They can be used, to the best of my knowledge, subsequently - the ‘P’ on the domestic rate indicates that the stamp retains its role permanently.
