They, apparently, are not being sold anywhere else but post offices. The company that makes the television programme are not selling these "stamps". So the "stamps" seem to be being sold directly at post offices only and I am therefore puzzled as to who is responsible for initiating their design and production - the television company, Tourism Ireland, Royal Mail or even The Post Office in Northern Ireland or a combination of some of them. It seems to me to be a question which defines their philatelic status.

Best wishes.White Knighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17968199477827266643noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2005756131065514338.post-3806590442818730332016-08-01T12:40:46.638+00:002016-08-01T12:40:46.638+00:00Regarding the Game of Thrones smilers stamps. I doubt they were ever available as a single sheet of stamps as this would have required them to be part of a new business customised sheet and if that had been produced they would have elliptical perforations one either side and they do not. Therefore the more likely answer is that they have been produced using Royal Mail's personalised service in sheets of 20 with a single design per sheet. The old stocks of these still have non-elliptical perforations which were phased out years back. Probably Royal Mail using up old stocks of sheets they can't sell otherwise.....Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12319572760263271423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2005756131065514338.post-42773094235024043572016-07-30T17:28:09.938+00:002016-07-30T17:28:09.938+00:00Dear Dustin15, thank you again. It will be interesting to see what Royal Mail itself says about these items.
Best wishes.White Knighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17968199477827266643noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2005756131065514338.post-36673785738604071322016-07-30T15:57:58.628+00:002016-07-30T15:57:58.628+00:00Oh, and I think Week 8 is The Faceless Men, but I ...Oh, and I think Week 8 is The Faceless Men, but I am not sure.dustin15https://www.blogger.com/profile/12015554128978899257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2005756131065514338.post-5369334805401687672016-07-30T08:50:08.635+00:002016-07-30T08:50:08.635+00:00Thank you.
