Has anyone ever found any of the modern Malawi surcharges in kiloware? Given they were supposedly issued to cover a genuine postal need they appear to be as scarce as hen's teeth properly used.
ReplyDeleteI have commercial covers with some surcharges on them but, perhaps not surprisingly, not the more recent issues. I wonder how often the more recent numerous British commemoratives appear in kiloware.
DeleteI imagine British commemoratives/special stamps see very little contemporary use, but at the same time I doubt anyone really believes they're issued to meet a genuine postal need.
