A key or high value with the coat of arms would be appealing but a whole set is unimaginative and dull. I realise that it is a small territory but I like how in the past definitive series have featured a theme combined with view like the birds and the aeroplanes series. There have also been several large issues in recent years like both the cannons and the anniversary of the first QEII definitive. Both would have made an excellent option for the new definitive series.
